The building includes a total gross construction area of approximately 3,763.80 m² and a gross floor area of 2,183.12 m². The development accommodates 32 residential units, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts, carefully optimized to meet market demand.
A total of 34 parking spaces are integrated within the underground and ground levels, including visitor and accessible parking. The project achieves a Floor Space Index (FSI) of 2.40, demonstrating efficient use of the site within zoning constraints.
