Meet The Team

President

Shawn Mashouf, P.Eng

Shawn is the founder of N&N Engineers Ltd., with over 25 years of experience in managing and executing a wide range of projects, from initial planning to construction. His strong background in municipal design, water resources engineering, and project management enables him to oversee projects efficiently from start to finish.

He earned his civil engineering degree from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 1989. After 11 years of working on local and national projects as a design engineer, project manager, and consultant, he immigrated to Canada in 2001. In 2004, he graduated from Seneca College as a Civil Engineering Technologist and began working as a municipal designer the same year.

With over 20 years of experience in municipal engineering in Ontario, Shawn has built a strong career as a senior project manager and municipal designer. His expertise allows him to deliver public design and municipal project management in a timely and cost-effective manner.
