Oshawa Residential Development Overview

Our project in Oshawa involves a comprehensive functional servicing review for a proposed residential development on 374 Farewell Street. This development aims to transform part of the existing church property into eight single-family residential units and two semi-detached dwellings. Situated in a prime location with frontages on Guelph Street, this site is well-positioned for community integration. The project adheres to the 2020 guidelines of the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA) and the City of Oshawa, ensuring sustainable stormwater management and optimal use of municipal resources.

 

Our company provided a meticulously designed plan for landscaping, site servicing, including water and sanitary service connections, and a stormwater drainage system to manage stormwater flow in line with pre-development conditions. The project with detailed analysis was provided to ensure compliance with the city’s stormwater management criteria. This initiative not only enhances the landscape of the existing church in Oshawa but also maintains environmental and infrastructural integrity.
