Experience expert engineering and sustainable design with our commercial development project at Sandford Street, Newmarket. This initiative involved a comprehensive functional serviceability review and stormwater management strategy to support the expansion of an existing two-story building. The project added an additional building with office and garage space, alongside a complete parking lot restructuring, featuring 42 redesigned parking spots.
