- Concept Plan: We prepare a preliminary concept plan and present it to the client to ensure we are on the same page with the client in her/his dream project.

- Final Architectural drawings including plans, elevation views, sections, and details.

- using 3D applications such as Revit

 

We may provide Architectural drawing sets for the following Application Processes:

- Rezoning By-law Applications (RZBLA).

- Official Plan Amendment Applications (OPA).

- Site Plan Application (SPA).

- Building Permit Applications.
