• Feasibility & Preliminary Design: Evaluating project opportunities, site considerations, functional requirements, and design options to establish a strong foundation for the project.

• Conceptual Design: Developing preliminary architectural concepts, layouts, massing, and design directions and presenting them to the client for review and refinement.

• Architectural Design Development: Advancing the approved concept into a coordinated architectural design, including building layouts, elevations, materials, and design elements.

• 3D Visualization & BIM: Utilizing platforms such as Revit to develop coordinated 3D models, improve design visualization, and support multidisciplinary coordination.

• Detailed Architectural Drawings: Preparing comprehensive drawing packages including floor plans, roof plans, elevations, building sections, wall sections, details, schedules, and other required documentation.

• Permit & Development Documentation: Preparing architectural drawing packages and supporting documentation for applicable municipal and regulatory approval processes.

We may provide architectural services and drawing packages for a range of application processes, including:

• Rezoning By-law Amendment Applications (RZBA)

• Official Plan Amendment Applications (OPA)

• Site Plan Applications (SPA)

• Building Permit Applications
